Meet the Team
PASSION - INSPIRE - SHINE
PRINCIPAL, HEAD OF BALLET
Miss Chloe, AISTD, BA/BSc Dance
Miss Chloe's passion for ballet began age 3; when her babysitter was ill so she was taken to a ballet - the first time she sat still, as she was transfixed! She has now taken her Diploma in Dance Education with the ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing), and trained in ISTD Classical Ballet, Tap & Modern to vocational levels.
She has performed with the English Youth Ballet in Coppelia and Giselle en pointe, in various folk and rock music videos, a feature film, Easter and Christmas performances and the Olympics Opening Ceremony. After studying for a BA/BSc in Contemporary Dance and Ballet at Roehampton Uni, she began her qualification with the ISTD to be a teacher and be able to put students through exams.
Since 2014, she’s loved teaching and inspiring children and adults in ballet at various schools across London and Hertfordshire. She also runs community dance schools in London with the heart to remove the barriers to give everyone the chance to dance, and build dance communities.
She has organised ballet exams, shows and a musical, which she finds deeply rewarding, aswell as running all the Marketing and communications.
Chloe is dedicated to children’s development, and her enthusiasm and warmth makes her popular with children and adults alike. She is so excited to be part of the JLP Team… and we’re glad to have her!
